One of the most important tasks when designing a building is making a decision about the "right" system to use for a particular building. This will depend on many factors, includuing use, spatial characteristics, climate, economics, as well as opinions of other important individuals involved in the project. This website displays the basic steps of decision making for a high-rise apartment building in Dallas, Texas.
